Not obvious to find.

Our recent stay at this hotel was truly luxurious. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all our expectations, especially the Spa and Wellness centre which offered a variety of massages and treatments. the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi were also stunning. Breakfast in the restaurant was a daily highlight, with plenty of choice and great service. the location is perfect for exploring the city and taking in the incredible views.

Staff made me feel at home from the start. The place has it all: Wi-Fi, car park, 24/7 service, pool, gym. Perfect for a weekend getaway. I always come back; no regrets.

The hotel's location is great, being within walking distance of the Dubai Mall and countless restaurants. The room was clean and well-appointed with modern amenities, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the Japanese restaurant for brunch.

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city, with a stunning view of Burj Khalifa and the Dancing Fountain from our balcony. The room was beautifully designed and enjoyable with its luxurious interior. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options and the service was top-notch. Our housekeeper, Namal, went above and beyond to keep our room tidy and organized, even creating unique towel art like elephants and swans with roses. My husband also had a fantastic experience at the spa, with Sangeeth Vella giving him the best massage he's ever had. our stay at this hotel was an amazing experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better ending to our honeymoon.

Felt totally at home, no complaints at all.

The terrace of Zeta is fabulous, the Fitness Centre has a breathtaking view, The Spa is enriching, the Club Lounge is exceptional and the Lounge is the only place to be. High Tea and Valentine Afternoon Tea are delicious surprises. I can check-in at the airport, yay!

Who needs lashings of veg with Christmas turkey? Such a silly concept, just serve miniscule portions of cold veggies, much better.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is in the perfect spot for adventure travelers wanting to explore. Situated opposite the tallest building in the world, guests have a spectacular view of the Burj Khalifa and its vibrant dancing fountains. With the Dubai Mall just a short walk away, travelers will not struggle to find an array of activities and services to suit their needs.

One aspect that could be improved is the occasional confusion over room assignments, where guests have reported being assigned a different room from what they had requested.

Amazing fountain view from the room! I booked a regular room but was upgraded to a fountain view room for free. The view was fine, especially at night with the fountain show. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed and modern amenities. Overall I highly recommend this hotel!

The Lounge at the hotel is the only place to be. I found myself immersed in a world of luxury, enjoying High Tea with a tantalizing choice of savories and desserts that blended the traditional and modern in a refined setting. It felt like stepping into a scene from a classic movie, where every detail was perfection.

Room change inconvenience.

Located close to a popular mall, the rooms offer stunning fountain views. The housekeeping staff is highly efficient and maintains top-quality standards. A great spa and dining experience is offered within the premises. Vegetarian Indian cuisine is also available, making the stay ideal for diverse groups. A highly recommended stay.

As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Club Suites at Address Downtown. Our kids had an absolute blast at the Qix club, where they could immerse themselves in engaging activities and fun games, allowing my wife and me to have some relaxing time to ourselves. The exclusive access and privileges for Club Suites guests added a touch of luxury to our family retreat. The golf getaways were also a fantastic perk, offering us a wonderful opportunity to bond as a family on the stunning courses.

My wife says that there could be more variety in the children's menu at the hotel's restaurants.

I chose this hotel for a business meeting and was impressed with the contemporary Business Lounge on the 6th floor, which provided a dedicated area for children as well as a meeting room accommodating up to 10 guests. The Club Lounge's connection to the main meeting rooms made it convenient for business discussions and collaborations.

I wished there was an in-room business center or office space available for last-minute work needs.

The room was so cozy and modern, with high-speed wifi and interactive TVs. The dressing area with Hollywood mirrors made me feel like a star! The L-shaped sofa was perfect for lounging after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I found the entertainment interface a bit confusing, but others might love it!
